• How to LOG IN?
  To LOG IN, please follow the points below.
  1. Go to Dixons.iactonline.com
  2. Click REGISTER
  3. Enter your details and the code from the back of the card you purchased
  
• Forgotten your username?
  Your username is your email account you used when you registered. If you can't remember your email account, please get in contact with us (details of how to get in touch are below)
• Forgotten your password?
  To reset your password, click on the link 'Forgot Your Password?' on the LOGIN page.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

• What software do the courses require?
  The course text documents and videos for all courses can be followed using free software that most computers will have had installed during the course of everyday internet usage. Although course text documents and videos can be read and viewed using free software, the practice material given will require the use of the relevant application. So without the software you can still learn but you will be unable to practice.
• What browser do I need to watch the videos?
  - Google Chrome 17 onwards
  - Safari 5 onwards
  - Firefox 10 onwards
  - Internet Explorer 10 onwards
  
• Can I access the course from more than one computer?
  Yes you can. If you have a PC and laptop at home, a desktop at work, a tablet and a Smartphone, you can access your courses from all of them.
• How do I download the practice files?
  When you are in the player, click on the button 'DOWNLOAD FILES'. If you right-click on the link for the work files and choose to save the files to your PC you can then unzip them and access them.
